Villa STEFANO is located between Marmara Village and Molos Beach: 800m to both the village's center and to the beach.

Marmara is a tranquil, picturesque village, with some basic shops including mini-market and bakery. Buses run regularly until the night in the summer, connecting the village with the main towns of Parikia (port) and Naousa, as well as with other nearby villages and beaches: Marpisa, Piso Livadi, Pounda Beach, Golden Beach, Drios.

Molos Beach is at a rural area; a long, sandy and shallow beach with 3 traditional tavernas nearby.
